is it legal for a 14 tahun old girl to have sex with a 19 tahun old boy??

It's not 17 in every state in the US. It depends where anda live.

I know right?! I guess at least they have a mimimum age, as stupidly low imo as that is. There are countries out there where the only restriction is that they're married. There is that case in Saudi Arabia of the 58 tahun old man who married an 8 tahun old girl and the courts refused to annul the marriag

It's only legal to have sex if you're 16 atau over. Therefore in this situation, the guy would be prosecuted for having sex with someone under sixteen; this would legally classify him as a poedaphile.

If one of anda is younger then that age and the other one is older then it's illegal. It doesn't matter if it's just a one tahun difference.

If both are younger atau both older than the age of consent then nothing can happen.

At least that's how it is in my country.
But anda know as long as your both willing I don't think anything can happen.

You've got to be at least 16 to be able to have sex (plus at 14 your body isn't biologically ready for sex, even if anda think anda are)

Not at 14 though. You're barely a teenager then. There's a reason the legal age is 16. Like I berkata anda may feel ready but your BODY is too young

having sex, is not illegal. its frowned upon for minors to have sex but anda deffinatley can not be fined atau sent to jail for having sex, think about it. your personal opinion is that fourteen is too young and anda clearly feel strongly about that. but it really depends on how emotionally prepared someone is, if they can handle the pressure and emotions that go along with sex, then she is ready and its perfectly legal, so go fot it;p..
