So. Being the sucker that I am, I decide to make a cute little Klonie for my icon.

I pick the background, outfit... all that.No problem. Save it. Find out it costs €1 and decide to pay it...

But it won't open. I've downloaded it twice now (iMac) and followed their instructions.

the image is, stupidly, a .skype file name rather than a jpg, and nothing can read it, not even Skype!

I'm getting so freaking frustrated with this damned company... and no, I am not going through the idiots at their Customer Service. Been ther, wasn't impressed.

anyone else have a clue?
