hei Guys just here to tell anda that it's not your fault and anda can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that anda can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that anda can do... anda can and don't let anything tell anda otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to anda talk to someone that anda know well and can trust, becasue if anda just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the hati, tengah-tengah ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if anda have one because they can help anda throuth it too.
