What movie which won best picture was the least deserving of Oscar?

To me one movie comes to mind and that's The English Patient. It just plodded along at a snail's pace and didn't make me feel one ounce of emotion for the characters on the screen. I would have telah diberi Oscar to Fargo which was a far better movie. Even Shine was a better flick than The English Patient.
