No, the fact that anda have never read the buku atau seen the lord of the rings Filem is not an issue. The buku give anda lebih info but anda don't have to read them to see the movies. I saw the first two Harry Potter Filem before I read the books. I hope this helps you.

No. Actually I literally knew nothing about The Hobbit atau Lord of the Rings until I saw The Hobbit and then I watched Lord of the Rings and read the books.
It's a good idea to start Membaca the buku and watching the LotR Filem though since they are amazing and you'll understand more.

Well, I do find that abit strange that anda haven't seen any of the other movies, but the thing about the buku is quite normal for many people. Well, except for me. I do believe that to become a devoted peminat anda must do all those things, but anda shouldn't worry about it because you're just starting out. :)

I have not seen any of the Filem (if it´s not counted when I watched part of LotR when I was very young and I can´t remember much about it) but I have read The Hobbit, The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers. I will read The Return of the King next. I also read part of Silmarillion...

No, it is not an issue, but I do think anda are missing out! I would advise anda to read the Hobbit first, and then read/watch the Lord of the Rings. I absolutely loved the buku - they are a literacy marvel in my mind - and I really truly recommend your Membaca of them.
