i was happy for them but i keep on asking my mom if they did she is idk so i gave up on her and asked my dad then asked my friend and then they were like waat she told me tht she was done with the buku so i asked her tht qustion and then i found out she was on the first book awwwwhs i ruined it for her

The book never berkata if Katniss and Peeta got married. I think people just assumed that they did. If they did, I'm sure it was before she gave birth.

i donot remember that in the book but i do remember when she wanted haymitch to comfort her insted of any one eles

In the 3rd book, Peeta says him and Katniss got married for sponsers. After they broke out and Peeta was revived with the correct memories they eventually did get married before they had children.
