They were -almost- married. Only because J thought Harls earned a bunch of cash from some dead relative and he planned to marry her and then bump her off. Turns out Harls faked the letters since she knew that was what he would do. Unfortunately for our kegemaran clown girl, Ivy figured out that Joker would've killed Harley, and crashed the wedding. Harley was quite angry, needless to say.

No I don't think so. The two have that love-hate relationship. And if they did get married, I think it would be I Cinta anda to DEATH.

Actually i'm a journalist and i did some personal work with Batman artist and writer Paul Dini and Bruce Timm, they berkata that it was suggested in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, that he proposed to Harley, but then they dropped the suggestion because it didn't sound like his personality.
