How come I can't redirect to my blog?

Here is the problem that I am having: I was searching for my ask/roleplaying blog on Tumblr to see if people can be redirected to it sejak typing in the name. The problem is that whenever I do that, nothing comes up, not the blog atau any of the posts I made. This is weird because I was able to find my personal blog without any problems (in fact, it ended up appearing on the drop-down list).

I've heard about making a tag page to help people come to my ask blog, but I don't know how to make one. Is that the only solution atau is there anything else I can do? Plus, how do I make a tag page?
