Can vampire venom heal any past permanent injuries atau trauma?

for deaf and blind i guess it depends on whether they were born that way.
if they were born deaf/blind- according to logic- they should remain deaf/blind but if their sight atau hearing degenerated in their life and it was once normal i woulld think vampire venom would heal it
