After all, it was never planned and it almost killed his wife.Plus, its Edwards ( non- blood related) mother and Bellas mothers names put together. Im sure he didnt mind that.

what i dont understand is how he can hear the baby, it doesnt no any words. I dont know, im not a vampire

I agree with Twilightpup. That Edward didn't bond with Renesmee the way Bella did. He only really saw the baby as "a thing" killing his wife (as first). Also once she was born because it her name was a combo of both "mothers" he was happy. :)

one he would do anything for Bella, two he hated his child at first, three he's a gentlemen, four Bella was the one who loved her first and she suffered trying to keep that baby alive so yeah.
