Matt and Val have known each other since the 6th grade, I believe. I don't believe she is considered a celebrity, though. She's a model/actress. Aside from appearing in the Seize the hari video, she's done some Berlakon in some Filem that no one has ever heard of and a couple of commercials. She did a Wal-Mart one that didn't air and she is in the new Bratz commercial.
