ANyone know how to put Muzik over a UST? UTAU

So i downloaded Utau-Synth. I was able to download a UST for ERROR, and I have the instrumental version. BUT I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO MERGE THE Muzik AND LYRICS TOGTHER!

Any help would be great.
