How to write from a point of view of an emotionless character?

This is easy, but hard to explain. I personally am considered emotionless so I'll do what I can.
First, emotionless people can find people attractive, but don't go beyond that. But anda could perhaps find someone she thought was attractive and that was it. Never over thought it atau anything, but say that person starts making her feel emotions, and she can't explain it.
Now, emotionless people sometimes are accused of being depressed because they don't seem so emotional atau heartfelt. they are just- nuetral. Force smiles etc. But anda have to think of them like a normal person, they just don't seem to care about anything even if they do. They just don't know it yet.
