what do anda do if both players run out of cards in their hands but have cards in their deck?

um....... wait till your turn and DRAW of couse atau take the ones from your field

anda can use abilities from monsters, atau some certain cards in your graveyard, atau anda can use the cards anda already have out on the field but other then that you'd have to pass and then draw from your deck on your seterusnya turn.
