It was called Comic-Con 2016: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. adds Gabriel Luna as Ghost Rider | EW.com
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

panel Friday at Comic-Con, with the producers declining to divulge further details. But in a shared exclusive with Marvel.com, EW can reveal that Gabriel Luna has been tapped to play Ghost Rider in the series.
This version of the Spirit of Vengeance is Roberto “Robbie” Reyes, who in the comics drives a muscle car instead of a motorcycle. A high school student working at an auto body shop, Robbie is transformed into Ghost Rider after a street race gone wrong. (Nicolas Cage portrayed the
Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze, in the titular movie and sequel.)
“Season 4 will unquestionably be the series’ biggest, most ambitious story yet, and it all begins with the introduction of one of our greatest legacy characters in Ghost Rider,” executive producer and head of Marvel Television Jeph Loeb said in a statement. “When the Spirit of Vengeance rides into S.H.I.E.L.D., it’ll change everything.”
In the comics, Ghost Rider also possesses an enchanted hellfire chain, much like the one Inhuman James (Axle Whitehead), a.k.a Hellfire, used last season. The fiery chain was featured on the side of the trollies in downtown San Diego around the convention, prompting speculation that Ghost Rider was joining the show.

In other news, executive producer Jed Whedon revealed that Daisy (Chloe Bennet) may get a new love interest next season in the wake of Lincoln’s (Luke Mitchell) death in the finale. “People find solace in other places, and they have to move on,” he said. Also, Bobbi (Adrianne Palicki) and Hunter (Nick Blood) might return. “It’s definitely classified, but keep watching,” he said.
