HUMPHREY!"Garth shouted ,Humphrey dashed over,Humphrey's eyes were wet and his body was shaking,Garth placed a paw on Humphrey's shoulder,"listen i know anda want to save Kate but we NEED to get the caribou away from her"Humphrey berkata nothing but simply nodded to Garth .They headed down to Kate and growled at the caribou,Humphrey clawed at the caribou,"get away from her!"Humphrey screamed,one of the caribou's antlers caught Humphrey's paw making it snap,Humphrey yelled but carried on scaring the caribou away,Garth made it to Kate's body and defended her as Humphrey got the last of the caribou away.Garth lifted of Kate and headed to Lilly to comfort her,Humphrey looked at Kate and tears fell from his eyes,"no anda can't leave me ...you....you ...you just can't"more pack members arrived including Winston and Eve who were grieving,Lilly looked at Kate and looked away still crying .Humphrey licked Kate's nose ,"come on Kate ......get up.....get up....please KATE GET UP anda CAN'T LEAVE ME!"Humphrey shouted with upset but still no movement from Kate,Tony walked over to Humphrey,"i'm sorry but....she's.........................dead"Humphrey burst out with tears as Lilly hugged him and took him away from Kate's body.The pack howled and placed a rose in Kate's hair.....she was now ....gone.

One thing I had to do before starting this was fix a small problem that I had created. The timeline has Lilly giving birth a bulan atau so after Humphrey’s supposed death, meaning she would’ve gotten pregnant around the beginning of Missing Parents.

The reason she had to be pregnant during this time was because Jax, Jonas, and Martin had to be roughly the same age as Stinky, Claudette, and Runt, which means they had to be born as soon as possible after Legend. However, it’s very doubtful that Lilly would’ve gotten pregnant in the aftermath of Humphrey’s death as everyone would be taking...

My original plan was to have Steven find a naturally occurring lean-to when the group settles down with Gerald, but then I realized how incredibly unlikely that would be, so I went back to A Hero’s Past and had Viggo’s tent break in the storm, so then he would be forced to make a lean-to and that could be the one they use in The Final War.
