Because if you really liked him, you wouldn't be calling him ugly in anything. Also, you adding 'Roy' in the tags, again shows how much of a child you are and what you only care about. You only care about your headcanons, not that series at all. You don't care what is the truth and what is just your own headcanons. Because you really don't like this series or the characters at all. Just your own. You insult the characters, the series, the manga, and Hiromu Arakawa.

CandyforniaGurl From the picture, it looks like the person who made this is just comparing the animation styles of the different FMA series? I don't really know, I don't watch any of the series. Only because there's a heart circling one certain art style, and the other art style is labelled as "ugly". I don't think this person is hating on Ed.

Simmeh ^CandyforniaGurl Exactly. Why on Earth would I hate Ed? You definitely don't know me as well as you pretend to, pumpkinqueen. Yes, the animation is really terrible, as well the anime that goes along with it. Brotherhood will never compare to the original Fullmetal Alchemist series and that is not insulting anyone by me sharing my opinions for this topic. It's very silly that you think so badly about me. Also, what's so wrong about me adding Roy to the Tags? He's obviously a really awesome character from Fullmetal Alchemist. It shouldn't bother you so much that I included him. XD

HatsuneMiku- I like both Brotherhood and Original FMA so i don't really agree with this picture but i think Edward Elric looks cool with lighter color skin look if you know what i mean its the one you put a heart on. Though i never really gave it much thought. animegurl235 welll.... i must say that I watched the original FMA first, and loved it, and when I was about to start Brotherhood, I almost didn't start it because at first I hated the art style and just could not get into it. But as soon as I watched more, it began to grew on me and now I enjoy it. I like both art styles equally now, but if I had to pick, I probably would say the original FMA :)

Simmeh ^animegurl235 It's much more than just the art style. It's the whole Brotherhood show itself that I don't like. They make it way too silly and I know the original anime has many silly moments, too, but not nearly as much as the second series does. Brohood really over does it to the point of where it's not enjoyable anymore. Sure, there were moments that I liked, but over all, I hated it.
