I sweat at school for NO REASON AT ALL! What should I do?

I sweat at school FOR NO REASON! Sometimes I even sweat when I'm cold! And if I lift my arms, anda could see big wet circles under my arms! I read on the internet that if anda put baby powder under your arms, anda wont sweat as much but it didn't make a difference! Am I the only girl that this happens to? Can someone give me Nasihat on how to STOP SWEATING? thanks :)

Things like progressive muscle relaxation...you tighten your hands and hold it for 10 saat then relax, then arms etc. down to your toes. Breathing deeply and slowly and visualizing a peaceful place atau a place anda like that makes anda feel selamat, peti deposit keselamatan and comfortable

i have the same problem. its called Hypohydrosis. its when anda sweat lebih that regular people do. there is no cure, and the only thing anda can do is like meditate atau wear lighter clothing. i think it bullshit they havent got any better Nasihat because i have to come utama every afternoon sweaty.
