If anda want an easy way to target the fat just on your stomach, when anda go to sleep at night, take some cellophane atau plastic bungkus, balut and bungkus, balut it around your tummy, if it's just your lower tummy that's bothering anda bungkus, balut it just around your lower tummy, atau if it's the whole thing bungkus, balut it around the whole thing. If it doesn't stay anda can also bungkus, balut an ace bandage fairly tightly. What this does is it actually causes your body to sweat lebih and as everyone knows, sweat makes fat go away. The lebih anda sweat the better. Now if that's going a bit too far for you, anda can also take the time right before anda fall asleep to squeezzze in a few sit ups atau crunches. This is also a great time to get in some leg lifts and things like that. sejak doing this anda also boost your metabolism for the night.
