peminat-peminat come from all different countries, cultures, religions, and affiliations of all kind, but there is one thing we can all agree on: deep down, we're all a little bit (or a lot) sappy. Disney Filem are all about full-blown romance, and every peminat has a couple that they love, admire, atau want to emulate one day. With that said, here are Fanpop's kegemaran Couples: October of 2011.

10) Mulan and Shang
Mulan and Shang took the bottom spot not with a whimper, but with a bang. They were almost unanimously the least popular couple, with peminat-peminat calling them lebih friendly than romantic. Their romance seems tacked on at the end, like Disney suddenly realized that they were about to end the film with a kickass heroine who didn't have a boyfriend, and God knows we can't have that. Besides that, there is a whole camp of people who believe that Shang actually started falling in Cinta with Mulan when he thought she was a man, which opens up all kinds of interesting doors. (Shameless plug: PrincessLullaby and I will be penning a Philip/Shang fanfic, tentatively entitled "Shillip," coming soon to a computer screen near you!) Anyway, because of their contrived 'romance,' Mulan and Shang are squarely at the bottom.

This one surprised me a bit. I didn't expect them to be super high, but I didn't expect them to land this far toward the bottom. However, while some peminat-peminat generally liked them, most people ranged from 'indifferent' to 'downright dislike' about the pair. Many, myself included, don't like how Tiana was suddenly willing to throw away all her hard work for a boy she barely knew, and others just thought they didn't have any real lasting quality. Whatever the reason, Tiana and Naveen were the only pair to give Mulan and Shang any sort of competition for the bottom spot.

The ultimate fairytale couple proved to be a polarizing one: peminat-peminat either really like the pair, atau genuinely dislike them for their lack of viable screentime together. However, the remarks were mostly positive, if kind of vague on the details. People like the romance factor and the idealistic, Cinta at first sight theme, but not enough to give Cindy and Charming any real komen-komen atau votes.

7) Snow White and Prince
Another classic couple bites the dust. Although Snow White and the Prince got the most komen-komen and seem to be the most liked of the classic couples, they also tend to be disliked sejak others for the similar reasons. It's childish, idealistic, fairytale love, and unlike Cinderella and Charming, Snow White and the Prince don't have the benefits of being fully grown adults when this happens. It's a very sweet romance, but one that doesn't seem to have much staying power once Snow White gets around to hitting puberty. However, peminat-peminat seem to believe that this couple is the cutest (and possibly sweetest) of them all.

"Usually, I do not like "love at first sight" couples, but I just find Snow/Prince SO CUTE. Just the meeting that they have; anda can tell Prince is not shallow sejak any means; when he climbs over the wall, he grins when he sees Snow White, not Enchanted sejak just her voice, but her optimism as well. When he apologizes for frightening Snow, Prince is sincere, and he sings for her as well as looking all over the land JUST for her. When Snow woke up, the two are just SO happy and so ecstatic; it is so sweet to watch."--ppgbelle4
6) Aurora and Phillip
Proving that the classics definitely aren't as popular as the Renaissance era couples, Aurora and Philip (i.e. Ken and Barbie) landed perahu nelayan kecil, pukulan in the middle of the Countdown, the great divide between the high and the low. While this couple isn't great, they definitely are photogenic and kind of sweet, so I think that goes a long way. Some people (*cough*ppgbelle*cough*) find Philip's rather pervy attempts at wooing Aurora kind of creepy (as do I, quite frankly,) but most peminat-peminat are willing to overlook that and chalk it up to romance, not creeperness.

The proverbial middle-men, Rapunzel and Flynn have their Crazy peminat-peminat and their Haters. Some people Cinta the modern-and-yet-still-fairytale romance, and others denounce it as hurried and unbelievable. Regardless, peminat-peminat on either side of the Raflynnzel fence are very adamant on their decisions. Team Raflynnzel, your remarks?

"This is the worst offender of a half-assed relationship to me. 4) Pocahontas and John Smith
This couple was called many things: passionate, romantic, the most realistic couple, but the word that stuck out the most was 'STEAMY.' People cannot get enough of Pocahontas and John's blazing sexual chemistry, as well as their passionate Cinta affair. These attributes set them apart from other couples, but not so much as their bittersweet ending. I personally like that Pocahontas chooses her family and Friends over her boyfriend (unlike another heroine I happen to adore,) :), and apparently, other peminat-peminat do too.

Ariel and Eric were literally neck and neck with the number two couple, but Lost out and landed in the third spot sejak a few points. Ariel and Eric were lebih people's number 1 than any others, but they also managed to land in several people's lowest spots, making them average out to a good solid three. People Cinta Ariel and Eric, but sometimes they Cinta them lebih seperately. Personally, I Cinta Ariel and don't like Eric much at all, and some other people feel the opposite. Maybe this is a couple that works best because most people like at least one of the characters, if not the Cinta story all together.

As I mentioned earlier, this couple beat out Ariel and Eric sejak a RIDICULOUSLY small amount, but beat them they did. The two enormously popular chemistry boast real conflict, real personalities, and real life-ish situations that peminat-peminat seem to love. However, the flaw in this couple seems to be Aladdin's excessive lying once he's become Prince Ali. melati, jasmine is a pretty intelligent, kickass girl and most peminat-peminat believe that she's too great to be lied to, even sejak someone as likable as Aladdin.

We all want someone to Cinta us for who we are and see the best in us when we are at our worst. Isn't that what Cinta is? Beauty and the Beast is the most direct approach to Cinta that Disney has ever created, regardless of its fairytale storyline, and the 'greatest Cinta story ever told' continues to resound with peminat-peminat around the world.
