Does anyone know the ep number with the 7th Doctor where Harry leaves?

Tom Baker is the 4th Doctor, Sylvester McCoy was the 7th Doctor.

Harry's last appearance as a regular companion was in Terror of the Zygons when he leaves the Tardis and goes back to London. He re-appears later on in an episode called The Android Invasion.
