The Ford GT has to be the most anticipated car in a very, very long time. And there's a good reason for that: Just look at it. The GT is gorgeous and promises to be the fastest, quickest, most exotic, most expensive, and possibly the best car Ford has ever built.

That's why any time there's information on the car, we go nuts over it. But a bizarre e-mel we were forwarded this weekend—that claims to be from Ford—left us with way lebih soalan than answers. Here's the note in its entirety. Give it a read. I'll wait.

Did anda drink up all that deliciousness? If anda did, anda probably feel...

The No. 67 and No. 66 Ford GTs finished Saturday’s ‘Bapco 6 Hours of Bahrain’ in fourth and sixth positions, netting the Ford Chip Ganassi Racing team saat keseluruhan in GTE Pro in its inaugural FIA WEC season.
The Ford GT looked poised to take the championship in its first season of endurance racing after taking back-to-back victories in Jepun and China, but came up short in Bahrain. The two cars ran fourth and sixth for nearly the entire race, with the No. 67 running as high as third before getting edged out of the podium position of one of the AF Corse Ferrari 488s.

“It was a tough...

There has never been another story like it in world racing history.

Ford GT.

It is a story of passion and ego. Two of the most powerful names in automotive history went head to head at the world’s greatest racing venue — The 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Henry Ford II and Enzo Ferrari.

Ford won.

The Ford GT story is the most legendary in American automotive racing history. An American automaker with a push-rod big-block V-8 against exotic European V-12 power and chassis technology. It became a battle of wits and raw racing experience. Ford and Ferrari were close to cutting a deal in 1963 where Ford would...

The Ford Motor Company [NYSE:F] GT and mustang are impressive cars in their own right, but one tuner has decided to sertai elements from each to create a mashup that we’re sure will leave opinions divided.

The tuner is Corona, California-based Zero to 60 Designs, and at the upcoming 2016 SEMA tunjuk it will present the Ford mustang GTT. That extra “T” signifies that this is a tribute car, in this case a tribute to the new GT.

Elements designed to mimic the Ford supercar include the bumpers, hud, hood vents, side sills, taillights and rear diffuser. Sadly, it doesn’t have the exhaust tips mounted...

AVON — anda cannot tell one test driver from other when they’re hard at work performing high altitude testing on prototype Ford GT supercars.

That’s basically how the Ford GT Three managed to skate on charges of speeding and reckless driving.

A Colorado State Patrol trooper clocked two of the Ford GT Three at 101 mph, headed east on Interstate 70 at the east end of Glenwood Canyon. The third was surrounded sejak fellow motorists traveling at the 50 mph speed limit.

Prosecutors found themselves in a conundrum over proving which two of the Ford GT Three were traveling at triple-figure speeds,...

In order to further boost their 2016 LA Auto tunjuk exhibit, Ford brought out this year's Le Mans GTE-Pro Class-winning car.

As anda can see, the all-new GT is still wearing its battle scars, which it picked up during a battle that saw it edge out a Ferrari 488, taking the lead in the 20th jam of the race.

The car raced under the Chip Ganassi umbrella, which is the only team owner in history to have won the Indy 500, Daytona 500, Brickyard 400, Rolex 24 at Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring and lebih recently the Le Mans 24 Hours.

Powering the GT race car is a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine that made its...

Remember back in September when cops in Avon, Colorado busted two Ford GT prototypes for doing 101 mph in a 50 mph zone? Well, we just got word that all the charges against those drivers have been dropped, and everyone is pals again. The reason why? “New facts came to light.”

We found this out via Ford spokesman Mike Levine on Twitter:

Comparing what we know about the 2017 Ford GT with the cars it will likely compete with.
Comparing what we know about the 2017 Ford GT with the cars it will likely compete with.
As anda can imagine, we're pretty excited to drive the upcoming Ford GT. We were huge peminat-peminat of the first-generation GT when it came out back in 2005, and we'll always be peminat-peminat of the original GT40. And forget the specs. Who wouldn't want to get behind the wheel of a car that looks like that?

But assuming anda have the means, make it through the application process, and are approved to own a new GT, how will it compare to the competition?

First of all, anyone trying to compare the GT to the Shelby GT350R will be barking up the wrong tree. Yes, you'll be paying about $350,000 extra to only gain another...

If you're going to speed down the road, we don't believe the best vehicle for the task is an eye-catching prototype of an upcoming American supercar.

Still, that didn't stop a trio of Ford Motor Company [NYSE:F] engineers from pushing the throttle down a bit when traipsing through the Colorado mountains during testing for the upcoming GT supercar back in September. Two of three were berkata to have been clocked driving 101 mph in a 50 zone, while one wasn't speeding.

Now though, as Vail Daily reports, it seems the accrued charges are being dropped.

Because the three vehicles are the same make, model...
