Dan is working on his judging problem and I personally think he's growing up. Jenny has finally stopped fighting with her dad and for all we know, she might not fight with V over N as much as we think. V, overall, is perfectly fine. The only thing I can't stand about her is the fact that she's only used as a plot device. And I wish she was more of the cool badass girl she was in the books. Vanessa was my 2nd favorite character in them and I just feel like they completely changed her. Even the books' writer doesn't like what they did with her. For real, even when she came to the show I loved her because she was witty, funny and she changed some things for D&S. But then she started boring me and when I began not caring she began being a bit hypocritical with the whole Blair thing. She forgot to tell one part of the story to Dan and she (intentionally or not) manipulated him. Now about Dan... Right now, I like him but I barely care. I mean, his storylines (unless he's with Chuck or with Blair or with someone interesting) bore me. I hated him around 1x17/1x18 because he completly turned into a judgemental brat but now he's working on it so he's definitely growing up and the fact that he's willing to change makes him such a great person (which doesn't make him more interesting, at least for me). He's a great friend and he tries really hard to please everybody and sometimes he messes up but his intentions are usually good. So, like I said before, I like him (now) but I don't really care. And about Jenny... Well, honestly, right now I love her. I've been loving her since the third episode of this season and I think she has become a great character who'd do anything to get what she wants. I think that's a great atribute in a person, because if she works that hard, then she'll succeed. I used to hate her when she had her lapse when she didn't care about her family or her friends or anybody just because she wanted to take the Queen B trhown, but then season 2 made me love her all over again :) And... that's about it. Oh, and no one mentioned Rufus. I don't care even a bit about him. He's boring, in my opinion and I don't agree with how he raises his children but whatever, not even one single parent on the show is nearly close to perfect. posted hampir setahun yang lalu.
