In PoA, Wormtail flinches at the sound of Voldemort's name, but says Voldemort's name on the very seterusnya page. Explain.

No he flinched then sirius berkata "scared of your own master's name?" And he protested so i dont think he was trying 2 keep up pretenses...probably just a mistake

Not everyone flinches at his name. In example, Dumbledore and Harry did not. Nor Ginny, I think. And I'm sure they weren't the only ones in Britain's wizarding society. Because it really matters on one's personality and how one was taught.
