i think Fred.. i never though that any of the Weasleys were going to die! and then it was FRED?! i mean i was like what :'(....

I was like "WTF?"

All of them were painful :((((

Hedwig was really surprsing, too. It just happened really fast and REALLY early in the book.

I guess it wasn't that Lupin died, it was that Tonks AND Lupin died right after they had a baby. I think that aspect of it was the most surprising.

Before Freds death, I didn't really think of the twins as two persons but like one unity in a way. I couldn't ever believe that anything could tear them apart from each other.

Surprise-wise, NOBODY saw Dobby's death coming. Mugglenet even thought that there was absolutely no probability of Dobby dying.

No offense, but I despise JKR for killing him off.

I was sad about Bellatrix's death but I saw it comeing, I mean she was evil, and all my favorite characters die.

I had nooo clue that Mad Eye was gonna die. When they said it I was like oh wait what? But I will miss Fred,Lupin,Bellateix,and Snape more though.Although Mad Eye was a pretty cool character.

I cried at them all, especially snape, but I was totally shocked that she killed off one of the weasleys. I mean, they come as a pair! grrr...

i was caught off guard when fred died. he was just about to make a joke to percy when suddenly a curse hits him. it took about 2 minutes for me to absorb what happened.

I guessed almost everything about Snape after Half-Blood Prince, but not that he would die! It was such a shock!! :'(

I never saw him dying. He was so faithful of Harry, and even saved him and his friends. He dies right afterward because of Bellatrix! I'm glad SHE'S dead!

Let's see: I cried for Dobby, HEdwig, Fred, Tonks and Lupin (WHY?! JUST WHY?!), and I felt bad for Snape only after I saw that he was the good guy.

I bet I'll be crying my eyes out at the movies.

they were all soo sad! i bet in the movie im gonna cry my eyes out!

I read waaaaaay too many spoilers and knew they would die, but Snapes death still surprised me.

I never saw him dying! It really surprised me!

I mean, he's so "CONSTANT VIGILANCE!"

That was freaking bizzare.
Lupin and Bellatrix were so meant to die...not that I'm happy for it but it was predictable..but Hedwig-really who kills an owl????
