Hopefully, I am the first of many to comment. This has the makings of a great show. It is tastefully done and with compassion. I do caution the writers to be more realistic in terms of Hospital Culture. For example, in the episode this past Tuesday, (6/30) The Administrator (I guest) was very insensitive to both the CNO and Chief of Surgery. That situation would never play out that way, simply because you can bet that the Administrator and the CNO would have a very close relationship. Those two would be closer than the Administrator and the Chief of Surgery. Also, the Chief of Surgery seems to be more like the Chief Medical Officer. I would suggest changing his title.
