A reminder: The people in the newer banner mostly come from link pick.

If someone wants to volunteer to start a banner competition for the spot, go for it. If that option wins, someone who chose it will need to take care of the competition guidelines, submissions, picks, etc. (Keep in mind that this spot has had the same icon & banner for more than four years and I haven't found any other banners here. That might give you an idea of the amount of participation you'll get... I'm just sayin'.)

Now, about the icon - I've got a few generic ones that I'll put in a pick after this one's over. If you have any that you'd like to add, post them to the spot and link to them here, and I'll add them to the icon pick next week.

Kellan is in it, so if we start a banner competition the likelihood is that Kellan won't be in it, so we NEED THE BANNER THAT KELLAN IS ON!!!!!1111
