WEIRD Situation Alert!

Hi, I need some advice, guys.

My best friend, Alex, recently broke up with her boyfriend, Dan. Well, he dumped her to be honest. But Alex still liked him. Anyway, me and Alex and a few others went to this sort-of house party thing and -SHOCK, HORROR!- Dan was there, so Alex steered us away. It got late and all the lights went out which was really stupid because everyone started bumping into eachother. I was trying to stumble my way through this crowd and someone grabbed me and, er, started Ciuman me, I used the light off the screen of my mobile to see who the hell it was and it was DAN. My mind was going "S***, s***, s***" I quickly wobbly-sprinted away and got home.
But now Dan keeps sending me weird texts and trying to contact me, but I haven't spoken to him atau Alex (Thank god she hadn't seen) but he keeps sending me these messages, but their not sleazy at all, it's tender and exciting and romantic. But I would NEVER EVER go out with someone who my very best friend -since we were TINY- still liked. The only problem is... should I tell Alex?! I mean, if she's still hooked on Dan I should probably tell him what a TOTAL GIT he is for trying it on. But she'd be ever so upset. And how can I tell Dan to stuff it without humiliating him? I don't want to hurt his feelings...

Oh please help me!! I'm useless at this!

Dan, i know u like me and ur a really nice and sweet guy but i just dont like u like that there are tons of other girls that woul like to be with u but im not intrested mabye we could just stay friends?

Tell him how anda feel, and if you're friend isn't cool with it tell him you'd like some time before anda guys start dating. (If that's what your intentions are i mean) And then everybody would be happy! :)

At the end i would just say first tell your friend if she is trully your bff she wil understand no matter what and secondly i think anda should stop thinkikng about this incident the lebih anda think the lebih anda get to say anda Cinta that guy and dont be offended but how can anda fall in Cinta with a guy who would any hari grab a girl in the dark not knowing who she is and stater Ciuman her?he must have done the same thing to alot of girls...
