I remember visiting this website once...

Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Luhan\'s endorsed Chinese company \'DaLing\' says they believe they will win SM\'s lawsuit against them
SM Entertainment had previously reported their intent to sue Luhan and Kris and the companies the two are spokesmodels for, and one of the companies, Chinese shopping application \'DaLing\', has given their official statement regarding the lawsuit.
To recap, SM Entertainment is suing \'DaLing\' for using Luhan as an endorsement model without SM\'s permission because Luhan is still technically under their management for his contract termination lawsuit has not come to an end.
Sina reported that Luhan attended the promotional event for shopping application \'DaLing\' on June 1. At the event, with Luhan present, reps from \'DaLing\' announced their company\'s stance.
One rep said, "We\'re a very weak company. A few days ago, a popular media news outlet had a news headline that said we were sued by SM. When we saw that, we were very scared and perplexed. That is because Luhan\'s contract termination issue is currently under compulsory mediation in Korea. It\'s strange that this lawsuit suddenly occurred in China. This does not fit with the usual customs."
The person in charge continued to say, "As Chinese, we say this. We don\'t cause problems, but if a problem occurs, we are never afraid of it. This is our attitude... We believe that we will win."
\'DaLing\' also stated through their official
Weibo, "If \'DaLing\' is together, we are not afraid of any kind of disturbance. We surely believe Luhan and the \'DaLing\' application will win! This is our official stance regarding the lawsuit problem between Luhan and SM Entertainment."

Do you also believe \'DaLing\' will win the lawsuit against them by SM Entertainment? What are your thoughts on this issue?

I really can\'t pick a side!!!! I love SM and all the people in it. But I\'ll admit that they really do have a slave contract especially towards the Chinese members and that breaks my heart. SM needs to be run by soo man again and not that other guy
It may be true that Luhan was mistreated during his time at SM. I can sympathise with that.
There has been multiple occasions where this matter has been exposed. However, if you enter a company knowing its history, especially the one with HanGeng then why would you sign a contract with that knowledge. They might have expected that the company, SM improved its treatment to the trainees and members. But, in this industry it is known to be difficult and harsh. Think in another prospective, I\'m on siding with SM however they have seemingly tried to improve its relationship with people especially the Chinese.
For kris, as a leader of EXO M to leave so unexpectedly without the knowledge of the members which they have stated shows that he has not respected and proved his leadership qualities.
It is unprofessional and disrespectful to the fans, they expected the EXO as one; standing and performing together. (just putting it out there)
Please don\'t get me wrong here, I am a fan of EXO however in this situation I believe that it was unfair of Luhan and Kris to leave just like that.
lol all that optimism in their statement. GL bro. but then i\'m not sure about the jurisdiction issues, so let\'s hope that this daling company has a good advocate.
on the other hand, you guys need to understand why luhan and kris didn\'t wait. do you know how long that would take? from experience, sm is excellent at dragging lawsuits on forever and ever. it\'s not as much a "greed" issue as it is a "cannot stay unemployed for 5 years just because SM" issue, i think
lol they are so going with the "David vs Golliath" concept but nevermind if they are small or big, they still illegally promoted Luhan while he was still under SM.
but yeah i think they will win although they shouldn\'t.
People are acting as if they know everything about Luhan, Kris and lawsuit. This lawsuit is going on for so many month, I would also promote if I were them, SM is just trying to sabotage them.
Suddenly everyone is on SM\'s side. What happened to all the well wishes when he just left? So what if he actually used the idol road to get famous before leaving? So many people go through the idol road to gain fame so they can become an actor. Just because he decides that he doesn\'t want to continue halfway, some of you fans decides that he is not worthy of your love anymore. But don\'t ever forget that he is in charge of his own life. He can do what he wants. So many different contracts are broken almost everyday. Divorce is also breaking a contract and some of you praise their courage to step out of a relationship that isn\'t working anymore. This is the exact same thing. It\'s not working for him anymore so he\'s leaving. So why can\'t you people extend the same amount of grace to his decision? Besides, there must be reasons why he can\'t wait a couple more years. Only the insiders will know so who are we to judge?
well maybe because of ot12 or maybe because of the truth. the truth that luhan and kris has faults. I understand that they want to be out of it, to be out of sm, but they should know how long is the process is. And they know theyre still under SM.
While I fully support his decision to leave and respects it, it still doesn\'t make it right to promote under a different company while he\'s still under SM. It\'s not about "siding" with SM. While it\'s fine and dandy to get a divorce, it also doesn\'t make it right for you to go have another boyfriend WHILE the divorce proceedings is going on. Of course there\'s no law to suggest that you can\'t do it. But it\'s what\'s morally right.
Just couldn\'t agree more. People sometimes are just too blinded with the bias but they never tried to be fair enough to judge the problem logically.
Honestly, I support what Kris, Luhan and Tao in their decisions to go for what they want. Even Jessica too. However, I strongly believe in ending a contract professionally. If one is in the middle of dissolving a contract in this manner, then one should refrain from going to another company to promote. After all, you are still under the previous company.
My guess is SM will lose to this Chinese company regardless of the results of their lawsuits against Luhan.
Well, can\'t fully blame SM on this matter. Daling and Luhan are bold enough to have this promotion as a counter attack. However, Luhan\'s contract with SM is not officially done yet. Don\'t think that Daling would win over this easily, in fact the company is over confident as fuck.
Can"t Luhan and Kris just wait until their lawsuit come to an end?
Of course, not saying that these people\'s response was professional, because it wasn\'t - "As Chinese, we say this" -
Company: Ok, let\'s use this angle to promote this endorsement to create more buzz.
this time I\'m on SM side. Luhan used to be my bias before, but not now anymore. I\'m sorry to say this to all Luhan stans out there but he is really an UNGRATEFUL person, the same goes to Wu Yi Fan. they ll never be that popular if its not for EXO. I hate them even more. oh please dont hate me guys pffts
Well, I don\'t like the way SM is sometimesc but they are right in suing them, they can\'t use Luhan while he still has an exclusive contract with another comoany
sm need to do one and let this all go now, stop embarrassing yourself and going after everyone luhan is working with. you\'re not damaging his career you\'re actually making him more popular and famous.
I hope luhan wins. If he wins sm shld stop hiring chinese. Didnt sm learn during jyj and hangeng incident
seriously if they were so talented why come to Korea to be an idol?!? you already know that you have to work hard to become an idol and to get famous. after getting you famous you decide to leave and go back to your country?!? seriously?!? how lame is that
I hope SM wins. After the lawsuits, they should stop recruiting Chinese trainees. SM makes stars and everyone knows it. People would honestly not even glance at Kris and Luhan if it weren\'t for SM. I also don\'t get why fans don\'t understand that ALL IDOLS WORK HARD! SM artists are some of the few that actually get paid well.
i completely agree. compared to some other companies, sment\'s 70-30 deal is still quite reasonable considering the perks.
It\'s almost impossible to win over SM. We can see clearly from JYJ case, they\'re struggling really hard to win. So, just to be realistic,it\'s really hard to beat SM. Especially in this case, DaLing company had make a wrong move by having Luhan as their model meanwhile Luhan is still under SM contract legally based on the law.
