TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's weakened state during various konsert tours throughout his life -- as well as preparations for the London concerts that never took place -- could become powerful evidence in the defense of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Sources connected with the criminal case tell TMZ ... there's "compelling evidence" that MJ was in weakened health whenever he went on tour. Sources connected with the Michael Jackson/Sony deal tell TMZ ... among the 10 albums in the works is a remaster of "Off the Wall" -- with the help of none other than Quincy Jones.

We're told the plan is for Quincy to take charge of the project, which will include some never-before-heard outtakes.

Another album will feature the soundtrack to the upcoming Jackson-themed Cirque du Soleil tunjuk in Las Vegas.

There are reports circulating that Sony will release 10 original albums, but that's not true. In addition to the release of "MICHAEL" on Tuesday, we're told there will be at least one other album with original songs and at most two.

MJ Auction -- Distasteful atau Good Business?

Randy Jackson has been fighting like crazy to stop a flood of Michael Jackson memorabilia from hitting the auction block on the anniversary of MJ's death -- but the auction house is going full steam ahead.

Randy has been on Twitter attack, calling the auction at Planet Hollywood in Vegas "distasteful."

Darren Julien from Julien's Auctions claims it's pure coincidence the auction falls on June 25 -- "We have the same summer auction [of pop bintang memorabilia] at the same time every year."

I would Cinta it if there was a Michael Jackson channel on t.v! On this channel, only Michael Jackson video's would play everyday, 24 hours a day. I wanna hear what anda guys think. I think this would be cool, but some of anda may not, so I just want your opinions. I know in my opinion that I would probably watch "The Michael Jackson Channel" everyday. I also think there should be a Michael Jackson channel because, well, he's the King Of Pop!
