I think A is lebih than one person. I believe there were many A's and Jenna was there ring leader. I mean, shes hated the girls for many years, she sold out Garrett with page 5 of Alison's autopsy report, and she lied about being able to see. IAN CANNOT BE A!! If anda all dont remember, Ian was found dead in season 2!! I think all the A's could be Melissa(maybe) because of the proof they found in the last episode, Noel because he was just so sneaky and threatend Ezra, and Garrett. I think that creepy old lady and her grandson with the anak patung had something to do with it aswell.

I really think that Noel is A. He showed up right at the end for a perpecahan, berpecah second, and it was after Spencer was saved. He was caught stealing answers, but what if that was just a cover for himself. It could also be someone we haven't been introduced to yet.
