I've seen this gae on another spot and it's very siple. The rules are these:

*1 image per round will be submitted.
*1 caption per player.
*The winner will get a prop as a prize and will be put on the winners list.
*The winner can submit the next image.
*The images should be related to PLL. (Interviews, actors, screencaps, etc.)
*Try to keep the captions short.
