Ive always brushed my teeth prior to eating.

Not only was it how I was raised but in the morning the mouth always has this foul taste.

Your mouth maybe. Doesn't your food taste like toothpaste if you breakfast after you brushed your teeth?

Not really. If you rinse well it shouldnt at least.

a. I hate the feeling in my mount when I first wake up

b. I live in dorms 90% of the time and the bathroom is 3 floors up and breakfast is downstairs on the way out

It changes tbh but mostly before. :3

As soon as I wake up, I usually eat a little later.

Mostly it's just after I eat.
I don't want bits of breakfast sitting in my mouth when I leave the house xP
Plus I just have a thing where I can't eat right after I brush my teeth. I just hate the feeling of that for some reason.

It varies sometimes before, sometimes after.

I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day. Once before bed. So I mean, my teeth should be clean already when I wake up. Then I can eat and brush my teeth after breakfast so it stays clean when I go outside or something.
