I believe each one of them has something to tell. Their size, shape, texture, origins, etc. Quite a few variations in general. Also, thinking about how long they have existed and what has transpired in their presence throughout the Ages. Personally, I find all that to be quite fascinating !!!!

When I was about preschool age, I had made my own personal interesting looking rock collection. 🤣

My major actually involves studying rocks, but I never found them that fascinating. Some are cool though.

I used to be fascinated. I’m sure I’ve still got a pretty big collection under my bed. And not just rocks and minerals. I would dig and pan for raw jewels as well. I’ve got some small, not very valuable bits of ruby, emerald, sapphire, amazonite...probably more than those.

I like rocks and my mom really really likes rocks, so I got her a really big one from the river for Mother's Day. She loved it.
