@whatsupbug Do you have any common sense? An actress is a woman. If an actress plays the character, then then wouldn't called "Batwoman" or "Batgirl"?

Male actors have played female characters before, so I think it could work the other way around.

@SwordofIzanami There's no need to be rude! Perhaps it could work, if it was meant to be a way to keep anyone from guessing Batman's true identity. No one would guess Batman was a woman from the name alone and if she managed to be in a super-suit that hid her feminine body and could help disguise her voice. So now that I think about it, it probably could work.

It'll more than likely to cause controversies and outcries from all over Internet (maybe more so than the Joker movie), even if the actress portray the character well."

Its stupid but I like it. There is no way a woman can play batman in an actual movie but if it is a parody or a satire I would pay to watch it.

From general perspective, I don't think so. Not ruling out the possibility, but it would be challenging to find a woman with such masculine traits. Even it’s hard to find a male suitable for the Batman role.
