definitely, i think it makes me not respect him as much as a person and as an actor because he knows that a lot of young ppl look up to him and he should try to give them a better example. but, i still think he is gorgeous.

I agree with this 100% and I must say that I also have a hard time breathing around smoking people. The smoke kills my nose and throat.

If anda are a loyal peminat of Rob's then it shouldn't matter if he smokes atau if he doesn't it still doesn't change who he is atau what he does. I don't actually see the problem with it myself alot of famous people smoke not Just Rob but anda don't hear people complaining about them so my soalan is why is Rob any different to them?
I was wondering how long it would take for someone to finally ask this question. I Cinta all things about Rob except for the smoking. Forget all the excuses of him being a role model and all that. I'm very concerned for his health. Smoking ruins your body and not only after smoking for 25-50 years, it's happening now! Every puff does lebih and lebih damage to his body, inside and out. It ruins your face and lip tissue, causes excessive wrinkling of the skin and destroys your looks. It causes cancer of the lips, tongue, esophagus, lungs and pancreas (which was one of the reasons Patrick Swayze died). I say all of that to say this, I Cinta what he does. He's really becoming a fine actor and I want him to be around for a long, long time. I hope maybe someone he respects and cares for will tunjuk him this response and try to change his mind. Long live RP!
Yes. It's a bit better than if he was addicted to drugs, but he's setting himself up as a bad example to all his adoring fans. In a way, he's heartlessly abusing them, because people DO look up to him.
Absolutely not. Even though I'm against smoking, and I think it's bad for his health, does it change who he is? No.
One factor, one thing that I don't agree with won't turn me off. He's still the guy I love. The sincere, most down to earth, hilarious guy that I came to love. If it was unfaithfulness, that's a different story. But he's not hurting anyone but himself with smoking. I hate that he smokes, but it's not my say on whether he should smoke atau not smoke.
ALSO, people saying he's setting a bad example for younger kids. Kids are already smoking when they're young. Look around. Teenagers are LONG before he was in the spotlight. Is it right? No, of course not, but it's not his fault. And most of his younger peminat-peminat have seen him smoking. Alot of them have excepted that, even though they don't condone it.
If anyone should be pointing fingers at a celebrity that is menunjukkan a bad example for young ones, that's Miley Cyrus. But that's a different story.
Being turned off sejak his bad habits is kind of like being turned off sejak a bad hair cut. It doesn't effect who he is, yet people are branching away from him. I think it's silly. I hate smoking. I hate that people smoke, knowing that it hurts the body, but it doesn't change who Rob is. He's still the same Rob to me.
Even though I admit that smoking is a very bad habit, & a dangerous habit; no it doesn't turn me off that Robert's a smoker. I can't really say too much of Robert's smoking, because I myself am a smoker. I being a smoker for 16yrs CAN say, I'm beginning to reap the effects of smoking; so I hope for Robert Pattinson's health sake he stops smoking early in his life. It can (& usually ends up being) be a death sentence for us who do.
Yes, it's a turn off, but it shouldn't make anda like him any less. He can make choices for himself because he is 24 not 4. Smokeing doesn't affect how he acts in movies. lebih than half of anda didn't even know he smoked untill months after "Twilight"came out then anda started hitting on his acting. Let him live his life, because it's his not yours. Sorry.
