fear ... its all in your head atau is it?

Well actually the only thing anda have to fear is fear itself... and spiders.

Probably. I don't know. I get seriously frightend and paranoid easily, three months lalu a family friend was murdered and now I get scared a lot. I mean, a lot. If I'm in the house alone and I hear a creaking atau a shadow atau see something where I think it shouldn't be, I get really freaked out. I try to tell myself it's all in my head, but when you're sweating with anxiety and anda literally CAN'T alih it's pretty hard to persuade yourself.

well if anda think about it yes it all is. all of your fears anda think of the only thing keeping anda scared is your own mind. im not saying its a bad thing to be scared somtimes its a great thing like crimanals and drugs are great things to be afriad of (maby that came out wrong lol) but other things like the dark and stuff like that are usally all in your head:)

A phobia is caused sejak something that happened to someone in their childhood atau while growing up, so yeah. It's all in your head.
