Birthplace: Germany, however he is Yeniche so he mostly travel around Eropah with his family. Until he was 10 that's when he moved to Central City.
Personality: Although quiet and nondescript, when Ivan does speak he can be blunt. Which often leads to people to dislike him right off bat with his "no regrade to others feelings." Ivan prefers navigating through life sejak himself, often dismissing help from others believing they are "under-estimating" his abilities. Ivan does not speak lebih than he needs too, however if anda are Vash then that's an entirely different story. Otherwise, the guy is a real prick with a poker face on and a notable defiance streak ("FIght-The-Man!" attitude as well), and did I mention he can be a little too cut-throat while he keeps his composure.
Major points of his history:
- Age 10: Moved to United States.
-Age 13: Parents split
-Age 15: Dad died, moved in with his grandparents.
Age16: Began to protest in rallies, occupied wall-street, expelled from a school for fighting for what he claimed was "unjustified justice" and spent 6 months in Juvie for assault and battery.
-Age 17: Went back to school (with a probation officer breathing down his neck) and got into a incident with a couple prism.
Powers:
Have to read "Power Blitz" but what we do know is that he can: Fly, uses Speedforce and is a Speedster.
-Has the physique of a boy his age who works out everyday.
Why is Vash so special to him?:
Apparently something happen between them that only Ivan remembers. A certain incident that made Vash "special" to him.
