Past: when he was a new born baby, he was very ill, deadpool took pity and they had a blood transfusion (hence regrowing limbs), a side affect is Web being a little crazy (voice in head, Rawak moments etc) that's why he wants to make every think he is a fool and not crazy making people laugh happens so he likes it when they do (a sort of habit). In a battle he was thrown into a portal leaving the marvel universe and entering the DC one, the portal wiped his memory and left him in London from where he grow up and moved to the US with 6 years as a undercover kid agent under his belt
