12 Monkeys Season 2, Episode 6 is just around the corner and the upcoming installment will feature James Cole’s and Jose Ramse’s travel to the year 1975 as they try to save Kyle Slade from the Army.

It can be recalled in the previous episode that Cassie (Amanda Schull) travelled to 2016 to team up with Jennifer Goines (Emily Hampshire) as the two tried to find out the Army’s next target. During the episode, it was also revealed that the antagonists want to destroy the structure of time, but for them to do that, they need to locate another Primary.

Jennifer then told Cassie that the next target of the Army is Kyle Slade who is living in New York in 1975, which is the reason why Cole (Aaron Stanford) and Ramse (Kirk Acevedo) will travel back. However, according to the synopsis of the upcoming episode, the two will engage into a fight against each other that will test their partnership as they both try to prevent the Twelve from killing the Vietnam veteran that has a connection to the Witness.

Another thing that fans should expect in 12 Monkeys Season 2, Episode 6 is the urge of Cassie to stay in 2016 to find answers about her ex-boyfriend Aaron Marker (Noah Bean). In Episode 5, Cassie spoke to the Witness, who showed his face and it was Marker himself. But, it was not sure if Marker is really the witness or if he just plotted it all out to make Cassie believe that he is the Witness. So, to search for answers to her own questions, Cassie would want to stay in 2016.

Furthermore, Syfy also gave an exclusive clip to Comic Book Resources about the upcoming reunion of Cassie and Aaron. It would really be a huge moment because Aaron “died” in a fire at the end of the first season. “How is this possible?” Cassie asks in the teaser. “I’m not the enemy Cass and neither are they. We’re all fighting the same war, just on different fronts,” Aaron tells her.
