I'm going crazy, I don't know what to do. Help me.

3 days ago, I broke up with my boyfriend. He didn't talk to me much, he was flirting with other girls, he didn't Cinta me anymore. I regret it now, as much as everyone is saying he isn't worth it.
I haven't stopped crying since. He won't talk to me, he hates me. I don't like to be alone because all I do is cry and scream. I'm always pointlessly walking around the house, doing nothing. I look like a crazy person. I think I am going crazy. I Cinta him and I don't think I'll ever get over him. I know it's only been 3 days. But.. I don't know anymore.

It's hard getting over it. Have anda talked to anyone? Friends? Parents? That could help. People react to heartbreak in different ways, some lebih extreme than others. I think anda should give yourself just a little longer to calm down. If a whole week goes sejak without any progress, then I'd try to speak with someone, even if it's just a close friend. They can probably help anda out here, even though it probably feels like the last thing anda want to do at the moment. It could help. Remember, you'll always find someone else. I'm sure it'll all turn out okay in the end.

Yes this is my first. My friend recently broke up with her boyfriend too, and he was my bf's best friend, we set them up. So me and my friend have been coping together. I'm much better now actually. Thankyou :)
