i need help he's very important to me....

Well, I think anda need to tell him that though anda care for him, it's as a bf, not love. I've been through this and know us guys don't enjoy hearing can we be just friends. I can tell anda that we do get over it.
I would suggest that anda find a way to talk with him and tell him how anda feel. I know it will be hard for anda because anda don't want to hurt him. Just remember, the longer anda wait to talk to him, the harder it will be on you. Also waiting to tell him might give him the idea that anda have the same feelings that he does.
