What fabric was used for the Hatters hat?

I wouldn't know the specifics of the actual material used, but I have a better quality picture that might help anda out.
All I can say about it is that I'm guessing it's the same type of material used in a normal bahagian, atas hat. Almost a jean like thickness, but different texture.

For my hat I just used a regular bahagian, atas hat as the base and wrapped brown and green lace around it to give it the colour. Then I sewed in all of the stitiching sejak hand and made it look lebih authentic.
