Does anyone know how to create the bahagian, atas model makeover set , and add bahagian, atas Model from different cycles?

If so I wanted like a bahagian, atas model Fantasi foto lol. I want a pic like the one above with all of my fave bahagian, atas Model in it. I'd appreciate it if someone could create it for me, atau tell me how to do it.
