So I came across a post from a user on tumblr about wanting a fic about Zuko comforting/taking care of Azula after her breakdown. And when asked why he was doing so, he’d say “She is my crazy, beautiful, sister.” I saw that quite a few people wanted to see this as well, based on the amount of notes. So I thought I’d give it a shot.

Her wrists hurt.

Her throat burned.

Her lungs screamed.

Her body tingled with pain.

Her head spun.

Her head…her head.

Azula longed to bury it in her hands. Grip it until the madness faded. But in her state—chained to a grate—she had no means to do so. And so she cried out instead. It was lebih of a scream than a cry. A scream laced with trademark blue fire.

The action didn’t treat her already burning throat kindly.

In that moment Azula couldn’t tell if her tears spawned from the pain she’d just inflicted on her own throat atau the mountain of mental agony swirling within her head. She felt the tears slide down her cheeks in a warm and messy stream.

Azula could tell that she wasn’t a pretty sight at all. In fact she couldn’t possibly be any further from the perfection she had fought so hard to achieve, than she was at that moment.

Lost within her own self-pitying thoughts and her body-shaking sobs, she didn’t hear Zuko approach.

Azula flinched when she felt his hand on her back.

She feebly attempted to shove him off. She was stuck settling for a shouted “get away from me!”

Zuko didn’t appear phased in the slightest. Instead, the young man wrapped his arms around his sister and pulled her as close as he could, telah diberi the chains.

The fallen princess was now leaning with her left ear against his chest, hands still bound behind her back.

“I berkata get off. Let me go.” Azula screamed through her sobs.

“I want to help anda Azula.” Zuko insisted.

Azula let out another choked cry.

“It’ll be okay.” Zuko tucked one of her disheveled bangs behind her ear. “Everything is going to be just fine.”

“Why?” Azula whispered. “Why are anda doing this?” Her lower lip trembled.

“Because, anda are still my sister. My crazy, beautiful, sister.” Zuko offered her a sincere smile.

Azula sniffled, the tears still falling rapidly. She sucked in a few deep breaths trying to calm herself, but it wasn’t doing much good.

“I promise, it’ll be okay.” Zuko berkata again.

“It hurts.” Azula hollered.

“What hurts?”

“Everything. My head. My wrists…” She trailed off, voice hitched from crying so intensely.

Zuko looked down. His sister’s wrists were indeed red and raw, and slightly bloody where the chains dug into them. He hesitated before working Azula’s hands out of their binding. The girl gritted her teeth against the action.

“Better?” Zuko asked when the chains clattered to the ground.

Azula nodded. Zuko braced himself for her to throw herself at him. And when she did, it wasn’t what he was expecting.

His sister flung her arms over his shoulders, buried her face in his chest and continued to weep. He ran his hand over her back in soothing circles, all the while hushing and reassuring her.

He glance up at Katara. The waterbender was shooting him a questioning look. One that seemed to chastise him for doing something she deemed stupid and reckless.

“Why are anda really doing this?” Katara mouthed.

“She is my crazy, beautiful, sister.” Zuko repeated before standing up. He held out his hand and helped Azula to her feet.

On trembling legs she seemed to sort of sway before regaining balance. “Come on, let’s get anda inside. anda look like anda can use some sleep.”

Azula’s initial thought was to protest. To yell at him, blame him for ruining everything. And then start shooting lightning in a shot at revenge. But how could she when he willingly unchained and comforted her?

So she let him guide her back into the palace, up the stairs, and to her bedroom.

“I can’t sleep Zu-zu…what if they try to hurt me?”

“Then I’ll be right here. And I won’t let anyone hurt you.”

“But what about you? Don’t anda want to hurt me?”

“No, Azula. We’ve already hurt each other enough. I want to help you.” He wiped the tears out of her eyes using the bottom of his shirt. “And if sitting here, making sure anda get some sleep helps…I’d be honored to do it.”

Azula gave a sad laugh. “Honor…you berkata honor again.”

Zuko tried to laugh as well. “Yeah. Ha ha. Jokes about my honor.”

He watched her crawl into katil and draw the covers over her shoulders. For a good while, the firebender seemed to simply lie awake and stare at the ceiling. However sleep soon found the princess. Zuko took her hand in his and gently stroked it.

He couldn’t be exactly sure whose had done it, but about three days later there was a knock on his door. Azula was still in a rather fragile state. Despite his protests and one blast of fire, the men pushed their way past Zuko and over to the dapur meja, jadual where Azula was seated.

They were pantas, swift and quick in chi-blocking his sister. In saat they had her restrained.

“What are anda doing!?” Zuko yelled. “I didn’t say…”

“It’s for her own good Zuko.” Katara frowned. “You saw how she was acting…she berkata that she saw your mother.”

“She hasn’t done anything particularly bad since the comet!”

“I don’t trust her. And I don’t want anda to get hurt.” Katara muttered.

“You said, you’d protect me.” Azula hissed as the men dragged her away. Her golden eyes glaring into his.

“They’ll let her go when she gets real help. The help she needs.” Katara insisted.

“How could anda do that? How could anda go behind my back like that?”

“We’re just looking out for you.” Aang added.

Zuko had now clue how long the little airbender had been standing there, but his presence wasn’t helping at the moment.

Azula probably didn’t want to see him. Zuko knew that, but he was going to visit her anyways. He’d telah diberi her a few days to—hopefully—cool down. With the fluffiest bantal he could find and her stuffed wolfbat (a toy Azula used to love, one that always sort of creeped Zuko out), Zuko neared the asylum.

He made sure she was at the most comfortable one in the api, kebakaran Nation. Eventually he settled on ‘The Flamecreek Institute’. The place was rather big with an interior that resembled a comfy hotel and a welcoming exterior.

“Why would anda go through all this trouble to comfort and help the someone who hurt anda so much? Why would anda waste your time visiting a sister who doesn’t even seem to Cinta you?” Was a common question. From Katara and Aang, Mai and Ty-Lee, pretty much everyone.

At first Zuko would come up with elaborate jawapan but as lebih and lebih people asked his answer became a simple; “She is my crazy, beautiful, sister.” And that answer was sufficient and true enough.

His first stop was at the front desk, to make sure that they were allowing Azula to walk around unbound.

Zuko got his answer in the form of two nurses leading him outside to a small man-made pond. His sister was sitting in the shade of a willow tree, expression fairly stern and angry…but to his surprise, not as angry as it could be.

He sat down seterusnya to her. “I’m really sorry about this mess. I didn’t know that Katara…”

“Save it Zu-Zu. I don’t want your help. anda can’t help me.” She drawled

“Azula.” Zuko started.

“I thought anda forgot about me. anda didn’t come to visit.” A crack in her voice at ‘you forgot’ betrayed her rather calm exterior.

“I didn’t think anda wanted to see me…”

“I berkata save it. anda can’t help me. And anda can’t make it up to me.”

“You sure?” Zuko asked. “I bought anda some things.” He held up the pillow. “You berkata that this one was the most comfortable right?”

Azula snatched the bantal from him and held it tightly to her chest with a pout. “Maybe.”

“I also bought anda Wolf-Wolf.”

Azula’s face reddened. But she snatched the stuffed bat anyways.

“I hope anda realize…I helped father pick that out for you.”

“You did not.” Azula muttered into the pillow.

“I totally did.” He insisted with a laugh.

“So what?” Azula asked.

“So…if anda start to feel lonely, atau worried anda can just talk to Wolf-Wolf.”

“My therapist berkata not to encourage my ‘psychotic behavior’.” Azula raised an eyebrow.

“Alright. Then anda can look at Wolf-Wolf and think of me.”

Azula repeated her last sentence. This time it with an added familiar, mischievous smile. A smile Zuko never thought he’d miss.

“Wolf-Wolf is here to remind anda that Zu-Zu won’t forget you.” Zuko declared.

“You’re pathetic, Zu-Zu.” Azula snorted with a hint of a laugh.

He looked up at his sister. She looked like she’d slept well enough. And her smile was genuine enough. It was nice to see her smile again…to see her smile without malicious intent.

It wasn’t perfect but it was a start.

And he knew she’d get better.

His crazy, beautiful, sister.

So one of my good buddies pointed out that Azula is one of my only kegemaran characters that I have not written a 'Why I Like' artikel for. And I though "what the heck, why not" and decided to type it up.

I'll start off with the very basic and semi-shallow reason to like her. I think she's really pretty. Of course this is not the only reason as to why I like her and is certainly not the most prominent nor important. But I think she is simply gorgeous. The long blackish-brown hair is great and as deceiving as she. Lol, it's deceiving because it looks short when it's tied up but it really isn't....

Avatar: The Last Airbender is an extremely beloved animated series, that has three seasons. Due to usually disliking popular things and having an odd enjoyment for hated things, I kept avoiding this show. I thought I wouldn't enjoy it, but I'm glad I was wrong.

I was planning on ranking the three seasons, but I decided it would make the most sense to go in order. If anda haven't seen each season, anda might want to avoid Membaca this article, because there will be spoilers.

Book One

Book One had a lot going against it. In order to keep the show's main villain, Ozai, a mysterious threat, he basically...

The Last Airbender is a 2010 action film that was based on a beloved tunjuk of the same name. The film got really bad reviews, but I actually really liked the film.

I only saw clips of the animated tunjuk before watching the live action film so I'm judging this film sejak itself instead of comparing it to the show. I still haven't watched any full episodes, but I did enough research to understand the plot and characters.

The film focuses on Aang who's the avatar. He's discovered sejak a duo of siblings, Katara and Sokka, who become his friends. It's up to them to save the world from the evil api, kebakaran Nation....

The lebih days that passed, the wearier Azula grew. She was tired of long flights on Appa listening to the Water Tribe siblings bicker. She was tired of setting up camp on chilly nights. And of finding some angkasa to sleep that provided enough distance from the gang. But that always left her a distance from the api, kebakaran and heaven forbid she tried to start her own.

She was tired of sleeping cold.

Most of all she was tired of trying to sleep with her mother talking so loudly in her ear.

Azula folded her arms over her chest, waiting for the Avatar and his Friends to mount Appa. She huffed in disgust....

With each step Azula felt her body grow lebih and lebih weary. Each and every one of her footfalls lebih wobbly than the next.

Tang-Shin was leading her down a hall that was just as bleak as every other. She wondered how the man navigated the place—everything looked the same to her; white atau yellowing-white, lined with tightly sealed doors, and a floor that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in millenniums. She chose to ignore the alarming red splotch near one of the doors.

Was that what she had been sleeping on?

She shuddered.

They reached the end of the hall where stood a giant knobless door....

With a rose in her hair she stood with her forehead against the wall.

They couldn’t make her move.
She wouldn’t do it.

They would pass sejak and whisper of how uncomfortable that looked. And how she’d maintained the position for well over an hour.

What else had she to do.

With a rose in her hair she stood with her forehead pressed against the wall.

She couldn’t exactly name what bound her to that spot on the wall. But it was something deep. Something complex. And oh so very coaxing.

She stood there and just listened to the voices. They’d actually become rather soothing.

After sometime she’d...

It was a cold night.

It always was. What was to be expected of the Water Tribe?

Sokka was the one to suggest going there; apparently the man was feeling homesick. After much whining and begging on his behalf, Azula found herself packing her things and attaining a ship bound for the Southern Water Tribe.

Sokka was lebih than eager to teach her of the Water Tribe culture as she had taught him of the api, kebakaran Nation.

But as of now, Azula was too cold to learn atau retain any information. Her hands and cheeks were reddened sejak the frosty air, body trembling slightly (despite her efforts to suppress the shivers),...

The dagger slid gracefully back into her grasp…sword not far behind. With an equally graceful bow, Sooyoung sheathed the sword.

Aang had never heard anyone clap as Sokka did at that moment.

“She’s amazing!” Sokka declared.

“Isn’t she?” Cheng smiled.

“Hey! You’re Cheng, you’re Sooyoung’s husband!” Sokka shouted.

“Well thanks for reminding me.” The man laughed.

“Is she your daughter?” Katara pointed.

“She is indeed. This is one of the first times she’s gotten to see her mother preform, and she’s already aspiring to be a sword’s master.”

“That’s so cute.”...

The little boy tugged at the hem of his mother’s dress.

Apparently the boy had decided that she wasn’t paying him enough attention.

She didn’t mean to blow the child off, she’d simply fell asleep and Lost track of the time. It only took about fifteen minit for the boy to realize his mother forgot about what she promised him. And only a minute’s hesitation after that before tugging at her clothing, jumping on her bed, and screaming her name.

“Come on! Come on! Mama, anda promised.”

Azula heaved herself up. “Did I really?” She asked with a yawn. Eyes still closed, despite her...

“Azula, Shou tells me you’ve been talking to them again.” Lu-Ming stated.

“She’s lying.” Azula intended to answer as vaguely as possible.

“Lying?” Lu-Ming questioned.

“Yes.”

“And why would she lie?”

“Because she doesn’t like me…” Azula trailed off. She already berkata too much.

“Azula, it’s not healthy to just assume everyone hates you. Like you’re mother, she…”

“I wish to go back to my room now.” Azula cut him off.

“We are going to have to talk about her eventually.” It wasn’t an empty threat, it was a promise. This wasn’t the first time Lu-Ming...

Read the parts before this to understand what's happening.

Well, homework was done and I was totally bored out of my mind. There was nothing on t.v and I was sitting on my sofa, kerusi panjang thinking of what to do with Kayla tomorrow. This was happening until, my leg vibrated. I got a text from Eli, "Dude anda gotta get over here fast!! It's urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!" That's my cue. I flew threw my room getting my shoes on and a black hoodie. I left a note for my folks, and I ran out of the door. I got into the slow elevator and listened to the jazzy Muzik playing. Shining blue light. Thats exactly what hit my brain the moment I heard her unforgettable words. I was falling, falling into nothing of blue light. It was blinding. I wanted to push out a scream but no scared sound left my lips.

Suddenly, I landed on a hard mass of burnt rock. Around me it was warm, and that warmness wasn't very welcoming. I felt a sensation of something lurking around, like a cat pouncing on a mouse.

"Hello?" I wanted to yell out. But oddly that sound didn't come out either. I wanted to cry. Where was I? I thought I was in my backyard with May. I swear I was. Unless it was...

Even if there making a fourth season as I type atau they are never going to make one this may strike an idea to start one.
Okay we now two main things there are no lebih airbenders and the last season ended as a cliff hanger even though it ended well. We also know that the Avatar is the only one that can enter the spirit world and that we have only seen good spirits. Also that each Avatar in some point of there life before they die face a challenge.
Heres where my thought comes in what if the reason we don't see bad spirits is because an Avatar long lalu before the api, kebakaran nation went loco locked...
