How do i download Filem & buku into my black berry ?

I just bought a black berry a few days a go and I only know how to download imej and songs into it but the buku and Filem wont work I 1st thought it had something to do with the memory stick so i got one with 4 GB but it still wont work so is there like a special program for it atau something......
