She sat on her couch, fully clothed, with a suitcase sitting on the floor seterusnya to her. It was 9 a.m. and she was waiting for Booth to pick her up.
Why do we have to go on all these trips? Booth is always in a bad mood and Angela is always trying to get us in katil together. Not that I'd mind that. No, Brennan. He looked at her for a few saat then, "So, ready to go? I know how much anda hate traveling, but there are some Bones for anda to look at." he grinned again. That smile could make her do almost anything.
"Oh, yeah. Let me just get my suitcase."
She left the door open as she put on her kot and leaned down to pick up her suitcase. Before she could grab the handle, however, Booth was gently pushing her hand away to pick it up himself. Men. she thought.
"Booth, I can carry my own suitcase."
"Bones, I can be a gentleman sometimes. Just let me carry it, it's not like it's gonna kill you."
"Technically-"
"Figure of speech, Bones. Figure of speech."

They entered the airport, Booth carrying both suitcases, and walked towards the ticket booth.
"We have tickets reserved for Denver, Colorado. Seeley Booth and Temperance Brennan." berkata Booth.
The woman behind the counter typed their names into the computer, and a printer started on their paperwork. She pulled the tickets from below the meja and set down a receipt and pen in front of Booth. Brennan Grabbed the pen before Booth could, and signed, marking the trip as payed sejak her.
"You do know that I'm not broke, right Bones? I can pay for a plane ticket just fine." He had a slightly pouty facial expression, but that only made her laugh.
"Booth, anda have lebih than one person to take care of. And besides, it's not like you've written a book that went straight to the bahagian, atas 20." she had a smirk on her face, she always won these fights.
"Here are your boarding passes and your receipt. Enjoy your flight." berkata the woman behind the counter, a look of knowing in her eyes.

They boarded the plane an jam later and sat seterusnya to each other in first class, Booth had asked for first class with Brennan this time. She immediately opened a book and began reading. Booth, however, sat down, got comfortable, and stared at Brennan while she read. About halfway through the plane ride, Booth fell asleep. In the exact position as he had started out in.
