Is this movie appropriate for an eight-year-old, do anda think?

I'm going to be babysitting a lot this week, and the girl I watch is eight and likes Kuda and western movies. Do anda think Cannibal would be okay to tunjuk her (I can skip over some parts, lol).

I'd check with her parents first, of course.
