Actor Choi Jin Hyuk confirmed to enlist as an active duty soldier next month

Heartthrob Choi Jin Hyuk has also been confirmed for military enlistment, joining the previously confirmed Super Junior members Shindong and Sungmin, who are also scheduled for dates in March.

The actor had previously applied to enlist as a conscripted policeman last year, but he decided to give it up to enlist as an active duty soldier. He had previously guessed at his upcoming enlistment during an interview, and he was spot on as he had said, "I think I\'ll most likely be going in March. As the service is for a year and 9 months, I\'ll probably be discharged around December of next year."

Since he is of quite a late age to be enlisting, Choi Jin Hyuk had also previously relayed his worries about how he will adjust as the soldiers he\'ll be enlisting with could be up to 12 years younger than him.

His agency commented, "Choi Jin Hyuk will be enlisting next month on the 31st. Because he wants to go quietly, we are preparing for things to go that way," and did not mention the location he\'d be enlisting at to prevent drawing a crowd. 

The actor will bid goodbye to his fans today through a fan meeting and this will be his last public event before he enlists.

Good thing he managed to solidify himself as an actor just in the past few years before enlisting. If he had gone is as relative nobody, there would be no chance of comeback in two years.

Lol but no seriously Next to Dong Wook this guys is my favorite actor (and I only have like four actors I will watch with absolute dedication anyway- I was even willing to sit through historical drama\'s for him brah) Well, all I can hope for is for a very nice drama to be waiting for you during Christmas time :(
