Karanlos stood in the center of a dusty arena with sharp hardened orange clay spikes reaching out from the walls of the giant oval. He was adorned with armor on his legs, arms and waist. Planted in the brown-orange dirt before him was a double tipped spear with a slightly curved blade, looking like a giant pizza slicer forged in the most fiery pits of hell.
